Daisy Warren

Hello! I’m Daisy Warren, a 15-year old in love with painting and drawing. I’ve been passionate about art since I was 5 years old. Around seventh grade, I started to truly appreciate the importance of communicating and expressing myself through art. I love the process of all creative works and, of course, seeing the results as well.

In my freshman year at Del Norte High School, I really enjoyed watching my friends smile when I would doodle for them. I also had fun adding my drawings to test papers to make my teachers laugh. While learning alongside many impressive artists, I sometimes doubted my own rate of progression. However, while attending the Arthaus5 Studio, I quickly realized I was developing a solid skill set as an artist. This allowed me to start AP studio art this year!

In addition to finding my place in school, I wanted others to also fall in love with art. So I started an art club at my school to create a place where people like me can feel safe to share their art and ask for feedback. I loved seeing people interact with each other through art, and I couldn’t see myself pursuing anything else besides art in my future. I’m leaving the possibilities open, but I’m so excited to continue to do art in my future.
