Enrollment
Studio ArtHaus has expanded our camps to meet the age and theme requests of our artists. When registering your student, please note the age range for each camp. To maximize the experience of our campers, we have limited enrollment for each which is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Studio ArtHaus reserves the right to cancel any camp that has not met our minimum enrollment requirement. Families will be notified at least one (3) days prior to the start of camp of any cancellation.
Camp Tuition Payment
Camp tuition is due and payable upon registration. Payments may be made either through automated debit/credit card payment, or through auto-debit from a checking account. A $15 fee, or the actual fee from the bank (whichever is greater), will be assessed on NSF (non-sufficient funds) notices. Registration and/or payment is non-transferable.
Safety Guidelines
Safety is our top priority. We're committed to keeping our students, staff, and families healthy by following public health guidance across all our camps and classes.
If a student shows signs of illness during any ArtHaus program — fever, chills, sore throat, coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, nausea or vomiting, congestion, runny nose, or diarrhea — we'll call parents to pick their child up. To return to class or camp, a student needs to be symptom-free and fever-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication. These guidelines are here to protect the health and well-being of every student, family, and instructor in our studio.
If Additional Assistance is Needed
Our classes and camps are intentionally kept small, and because seating is limited, every spot is reserved for an enrolled student. For that reason, we're not able to have parents or family members stay in the classroom during camps — we've also found that young artists settle in and focus best when the room is just students and teachers, and we appreciate your understanding on this.
If your child needs one-on-one support from a professional aide, please let us know ahead of time so we can talk through your child's needs and set everything up together. To keep every child in our studio safe, we do ask that the aide:
Is employed or credentialed through a licensed agency or organization, such as a regional center, behavioral health provider, or school district
Has been background-checked and cleared through that agency
Can provide written verification of both before the first class
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
Camp Supply Damage & Liability Policy
Studio ArtHaus provides quality art supplies and equipment to support a positive creative experience.
In the event of damage to camp supplies—whether intentional or accidental—parents will be held responsible for reimbursement of the damaged materials.
This includes, but is not limited to, digital art equipment such as studio iPads used during specialized camps.
Camp Cancellations
Our weekly and day camps are in high demand with limited enrollment which we accept on a first-come-first-served basis. Studio ArtHaus understands that unforeseen circumstances necessitating a cancellation do occur. In the event you wish to cancel your student’s camp enrollment, please send written notice to info@artHaus5.com. Written cancellation notices received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the start of camp will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Camp tuition will NOT be refunded for any request received with less than fourteen (14) days until the start of camp.
What to Bring
Please pack your artist a healthy lunch, a snack, and a water bottle. Please note any food allergies in the “FOOD ALLERGY” section of the enrollment forms.
