Step into the stunning world of Yosemite National Park in this one-day art camp for young artists (ages 5-7)! Campers will explore the park’s majestic waterfalls, towering granite cliffs, and ancient sequoia trees while learning about the unique landscape and wildlife that make Yosemite so special. They’ll discover the history behind famous landmarks like El Capitan and Half Dome, and learn about the diverse plants and animals that live in the park. Through fun and engaging activities, children will develop a deeper connection to Yosemite’s natural beauty and its role as a protected wilderness. From hearing stories about the park’s rich history to exploring the vast forests and valleys, campers will gain a greater appreciation for Yosemite’s unique landscape and the importance of preserving it for future generations. Paint a Masterpiece a Day:Thurs - Moonlight Dragon Acrylic Painting on Canvas

Students will work alongside the instructor to draw an enchanting glowing forest filled with luminescent mushrooms and a radiant deer. Participants will learn essential digital art techniques, including creating glowing effects, sketching, and working with layers to build depth and vibrancy. To add a personal touch, students will be encouraged to design and incorporate their own unique character into the scene, sparking their imagination and storytelling skills. By the end of the class, each artist will have a captivating digital masterpiece that shines with their creativity!

Join us for a day of exploration and creativity as we dive into the natural wonders of Zion National Park! This one-day art camp for young artists (ages 5-7) will take campers on a journey through Zion’s towering red rock cliffs, winding canyons, and vibrant desert landscapes. They’ll learn about the park’s fascinating geology, from the striking colors of the rock formations to the unique wildlife that calls Zion home. Children will discover the beauty of Zion’s famous landmarks, such as Angels Landing and The Narrows, while also learning about the park’s rich history and the importance of preserving these stunning landscapes. Through engaging stories and hands-on activities, campers will connect with Zion’s beauty and significance, all while creating their own art inspired by the park’s breathtaking scenery. By the end of the day, kids will have a deeper appreciation for Zion National Park and a collection of colorful, desert-inspired art to take home

Paint a Masterpiece a Day: Friday - Waterfall Acrylic Painting on Canvas

Students will paint a tranquil landscape of a flowing waterfall amongst the lush greenery of nature. Inspiring feelings of peace and awe at the natural beauty around us, artists will be guided step-by-step on how to use acrylic paints to create this beautiful scene. Using techniques like dry brush, layering, blending, and color theory, students will use this knowledge in their artwork during this workshop and beyond on their future paintings.

Get ready for a wild adventure at Yellowstone National Park in this one-day art camp for young explorers! Campers will discover the magic of Yellowstone’s incredible geothermal wonders, including its famous geysers, hot springs, and bubbling mud pots. They'll learn how the park's amazing landscapes were formed by volcanic activity, and explore the vibrant colors and textures found in its natural features, like the deep blue of the Grand Prismatic Spring and the warm hues of the hot springs. Along the way, children will hear fun stories about the park's unique animals, such as bison, elk, and wolves, and how they live in this special ecosystem. Through a mix of creative activities, campers will make art inspired by the park's stunning colors, dramatic landscapes, and the animals that roam its vast terrain.
