Make up tokens

Life's unpredictable and sometimes things just don't go as planned – we totally get it!

If your little artist can't attend their scheduled class, there's no need to stress. With our 'makeup tokens' feature in your account or through our App, you can easily arrange a makeup session in a similar class.

Just remember to consider a few guidelines below:

• Report absences via our app or online account at least two hours before the missed class to qualify for a makeup token. Classes missed without prior notice will not be refunded or moved to future months.

• Only students actively attending our studio and currently enrolled are eligible for makeup sessions.

• Upon reporting an absence, the makeup token will not appear instantly. Instead, it's generated two hours after the missed class and you'll receive a confirmation email.

• Each student can have a maximum of two makeup classes per month and each makeup token is valid for 30 days. No makeup for unattended makeup classes.

• Our makeup class policy does not extend to days when the studio is pre-scheduled to be closed according to our studio calendar. However, it is applicable for days of unexpected closures due to emergencies.
